  1. 01

    Block selection

    We select blocks at the quarry in person: vein direction, colour and crack checks happen before cutting; every block is numbered.

  2. 02

    Block

    Blocks pass an ultrasonic crack scan before entering the plant; dimensions and tonnage are logged.

  3. 03

    Slab

    An 80-wire multi-wire line cuts 78 slabs from a single block at once. Waste stays below 6%.

  4. 04

    Finish

    Epoxy resin, mesh backing and an 18-head polishing line: polished, honed, brushed, sandblasted, leather and antique finishes.

  5. 05

    Cut to size

    CNC bridge saws and 5-axis waterjet for project-specific sizes, book-matching and complex geometry.

  6. 06

    Quality and shipping

    Every slab is numbered and photographed into a digital selection list, then shipped in wooden crates by container.
